WFL ULTIMATE BOOT CAMP

WFL Ultimate Boot Camp will improve your physique, cardiovascular fitness, tone muscles, reduce stress, improve mood and self-confidence, improve agility and power, burn calories, increase flexibility, enhance strength and stamina, increase bone density and lower the risk of diseases.

 

TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING 

This is a unique way to maximize your workout with one piece of equipment.  TRX training is different from other training systems because you exercise using the resistance created by your own body weight.

 

CORE CONDITIONING 

This class emphasizes the importance of overall core strength in not only the abdominals, but also the lower back, hips and glutes. This class focuses on quality exercises geared towards overall core strengthening

 

HIGH INTENSITY GROUP STRENGTH TRAINING

High Intensity Group Strength Training is a core strength and conditioning  program, optimizing respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility and power.
