Join us for group fitness classes from Les Mills, the leader and de­veloper of group fitness classes designed to “turn it up” and show results.

Our educated staff are nationally certified in the health and fitness field and are committed to giving you a workout that gets you results. We have chosen this particular set of group fitness classes to target specific areas that result in total body conditioning. BodyPump for muscle tone and strength, Body­Flow for balance and flexibility, RPM for cardiovascular conditioning and fat burning. Each group fitness class targets different muscle groups designed to help you perform at a higher level. BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast! BODYPUMP™ is the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. It's a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for just about everybody who wants to add strength training into their aerobic workout. BODYFLOW™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. A a 55-minute group exercise-to-music class that enhances your physical and mental well-being.

Join us for RPM™ by Les Mills, or give one of our other cycling classes a try! 

RPM™ is a 50-minute indoor cycling class based on outdoor riding. You ride to inspirational music over the equivalent of 20-25 kilometers of varied terrain, controlling the intensity of your workout with a resistance dial and pedal speed.

Our Cycling and Short Trak classes provide members with the chance to work up a sweat through an intense workout to music. The energized class environment will help you push your workout to new levels, while still allowing you the opportunity to determine your own resistance. 


RPM™ & Cycling Benefits:

  • Increase your cardiovascular fitness, burn fat and tone and shape your legs, hips, and butt 

  • Increase leg strength and muscular endurance

  • Burn up to 600 calories in a normal 50-minute structure (RPM™ has been proven to burn up to 800 calories in one hour)

RPM™ & Cycling

A combination of martial arts techniques and cardio, this class is challenging to those of all workout levels. Increase stamina, improve coordination, and build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout!


Stretching is so important, yet so often overlooked. Come give our "Stretch & Flex" class a try and get your day off to a good start! Whether you're a beginner or well-versed in different stretches, this class has something for everyone.

Stretch & Flex

"Get on the Ball" is a total body conditioning workout using stability balls. Using dumbbells, bodyweight, and medicine balls, you will sculpt and define every muscle in this total body workout.
