One-On-One Personal Training

Members & Non-Members

Our one-on-one personal training sessions allow trainers to devote all of their attention to you and your individual goals/needs. Each training session is designed with the best exercises for you to accomplish your goals. One-on-one training is available to both members and non-members. 

Member rates starting at $60 per one-hour session. Training packages available with discounted rates per session.*
Non-member rates starting at $75 per one-hour session. Training packages available with discounted rates per session.* 

*One-on-one training packages require two training sessions per week. 

Partner Training (2 participants)

Members Only

Train with a friend, family member or co-worker. Our personal trainers will lead you both through a challenging, fast-moving exercise program that will strengthen your body, burn calories, and get you results. Available to members only. 

Member rates starting at $50 per person/one-hour session. Training packages available with discounted rates per session.*

 

*Partner training packages require two training sessions per week.

Small Group Training Sessions (3+ participants)

Members Only

Have a group of friends, coworkers, or family you'd like to train with? We offer training for small groups of 3-8 people. A trainer will lead you through a challenging, full-body workout, and keep your motivation levels high! Wellness for Life Small Group Training offers you the benefits of having your own trainer at a fraction of the cost of private training. Available to members only. 

Member rates starting at $45 per person/one-hour session. Training packages available with discounted rates per session.*
