Our one-on-one personal training sessions allow trainers to devote all of their attention to you and your individual goals/needs. Each training session is designed with the best exercises for you to accomplish your goals. One-on-one training is available to both members and non-members.
Train with a friend, family member or co-worker. Our personal trainers will lead you both through a challenging, fast-moving exercise program that will strengthen your body, burn calories, and get you results. Available to members only.

A trainer will lead you through a challenging, full-body workout, and keep your motivation levels high! Wellness for Life Small Group Training offers you the benefits of having your own trainer at a fraction of the cost of private training. Available to members only.
