This quote is posted in multiple areas of our Fitness Center. Why? Because here at the Wellness for Life Fitness Center we know that there are many exciting and important parts of life outside of your daily workout routine. It's important to spend time with family and friends, and to actively learn about and participate in new things.
Every month, we aim to offer at least one special event to our WFL members so that we may continue to grow, learn, and thrive together. Examples of events include Curling, Ice Skating, and Pilates with a Physical Therapist. Most events are free.
